Passavant Memorial Homes is currently seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Manager for our Harmarville office. The Accounts Receivable Manager reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer. This position is responsible for all accounts receivable functions in support of PDC Pharmacy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGER:

  • Post all payments received to the appropriate accounts
  • Initiate collections calls for unpaid accounts, to include follow up through to payment.
  • Process discharges and address changes as required.
  • Process refunds for credit balances as required.
  • Process write-offs, transaction entries, and cash entries.
  • Process credit card payments.
  • Maintain documentation relative to collections, write-offs, refunds, invoicing, and itemized statements as appropriate.
  • Customer service interactions, to include customer billing concerns, collection accounts, and other customer requests as they arise (providing itemized statements, etc.).
  • Prepare and distribute all private pay and facility invoices monthly.
  • Coordinate directly with Billing Specialists at all pharmacy locations to resolve invoicing and customer issues.
  • Maintain Accounts Receivable documentation, reports, and files for audit trail purposes.
  • Other duties as may be assigned by Chief Financial Officer.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGER:

  • Minimum 18 years of age, required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
  • Associate degree or higher. preferred
  • Minimum of two years experience in Accounts Receivable or related field, required
