We are currently looking for a Personal Care Home Administrator to fill a full-time position in Rochester. The Personal Care Home Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the (8) bed Kohler Personal Care Home (KPCH) and provide supervision to the personal care home Direct Support Professionals. This position will report directly to the Executive Director.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PERSONAL CARE HOME ADMINISTRATOR:
- Management of the KPCH, including the health, safety and well-being of the residents, and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Oversee the physical site, recommending changes and improvements, coordinating cleaning, repairs and general up-keep.
- Provide direct supervision, staff training and performance evaluations of the Direct Support Professionals.
- Coordinate staff scheduling for the Direct Support Professionals, including on the job training.
- Complete attendance/payroll records for the Direct Support Professionals.
- Must comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations, including Chapter 2600/Personal Care Homes.
- On-call for emergencies and provide residential coverage as needed.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities by the Executive Director.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE PERSONAL CARE HOME ADMINISTRATOR:
- A license as a Registered Nurse from the Department of State.
OR
- A license as a Licensed Practical Nurse from the Department of State and 1 year of work experience in a related field.
OR
- Associates Degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university.
OR
- A license as a nursing home administrator from the Department of State.
- 21 years of age or older, required.
- Valid PA Driver's license, required.

*Prospective employee hired for the Personal Care Home Administrator position will receive a $2,500 sign‐on bonus. New employee will receive the first $1,500 after completion of orientation and $1,000 after completion of 6 months of employment. Employee must stay in full-time position to receive the whole bonus amount. Sign-on bonus is eligible for prospective employees hired from June 6, 2024 through September 30, 2024.
